He spearheaded the development of a Career Center in North Minneapolis that became the model for the entire Minneapolis Public School System. He’s brokered a $1.8 million dollar commercial real estate transaction, which involved managing the entire acquisition from start to finish. He has a consistently reached an annual growth rate of least 30% for each entity he has represented. He has a passion for education, business and youth. One milestone for Del was working on an inner city program where he developed and launched an inner city program for students focused on mastering life skills for success including work readiness, basic and advanced life skill training and mentoring and gave them a road map for their future.
