1.Assist trader to trade on SHFE market to do hedging and speculation.2.Maintain good relationship with brokers and warehouses. Take delivery and sell back the metal to the warehouses on SHFE system and do the annual inspection on each SHFE approved warehouses.3.Assist business department to communicate with local banks to seek business opportunities and trade mode.4.Write all kinds of operational procedures, reports and other documents.5.Prepare trade confirmation and other supporting documents which regulator needs.6.Actively communicate with other back office, middle office, finance and project team to ensure all the booking and feeding issue could be properly handled or designating to the right support team, otherwise, all trades should be settled on time.7.Do the second level controls on all payments and trades.8.Be familiar with all trade financing products.

1. Do the light KYC for all the presentation customer and full KYC for the financing client.2.On export side, advising client for the export LC and convince they to present LC with other documents to our bank. For the Usance LC, persuade clients to do the trade financing and mainly covered Turkey, the US and Hong Kong regions. 3.On import side, maintain the good relationship with local banks which is located in South and middle of China. Meet financial institutions in face on regular basis and call them on irregular basis to know the markets and their local regulations. Seek the business opportunities and promote UPAS, standby LC, LC discounting, third party financing, re-nego and other trade financing products Main clients are Cargill, Brightoil Petroleum and Mobil, etc.4.On corporate side, working with Global banking to call their clients and promote trade related products. Assist RMs to prepare meeting and presentation materials.
