Casual agency work

I managed the care needs of a 103 bed nursing home. I was the head clinician and over saw a team of more than 60 nursing staff including RNs, EENs and care workers. I managed clinical care, education and ACFI management. I managed the clinical budget. I acted as a role model and had an 'open door' approach to management.

I was in charge of the high care sector of a nursing home. I had 87 high care residents in my jurisdiction. I was responsible for the care needs of these residents. I managed the ACFI and the funding in my areas, managed clinical data, submitted reports and managed, appraised, counselled and employed nursing staff.
