About Della Hysten

Having moved more than seven times to major cities across the country, I developed an interest in real estate and interior design. I started my professional career as an auditor for Ernst & Young in Chicago; formerly a CPA (1991 - 1999). After taking time off to raise my children, I studied Interior Design and then got my Real Estate license in CA. My husband and I flip houses and are real estate investors, also doing ground-up construction. We have completed four flips and 12 new construction homes to date. We now also own a woodworking shop, specializing in cabinetry.
