I have thirty years of experience working with community associations, including associations that exceed 7,000 members. Through the Community Association Institute, I've earned the distinction of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), as well as Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®). I'm also a member of the Missouri Legislative Action Committee. I've completed hundreds of hours of specialized training in the many aspects of association management and have demonstrated extensive knowledge by successfully guiding community associations through the business of operating their corporations. I've worked extensively in the development of Architectural Review programs, Community Activities, Budget Analysis, Community Governance, Developer Liaisons, Owner Relations, and Board Member Education.I'm the co-owner of Missouri Association Management, LLC. (MAM) that has honorably earned the designation as an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) making MAM one of only three companies in the state of Missouri that have received this designation. The AAMC accreditation is earned by demonstrating the management company ensures their staff has the skills, experience, training, and integrity to help communities succeed, as well as ensure their managers have access to advanced training and demonstrate a commitment to the industry.
