I am responsible for the garnishment process, which includes the interpretation of orders, document management, refunds of released orders, primary contact with 3rd Party Processing Vendor and report analysis. I am also provide supporting project initiatives, prepare wire payment documents, analyze complex payroll issues, support testing of new and/or enhanced functionality. Research entries to general ledger accounts; Process overpayments for bi-weekly and monthly employees; Process garnishments from IRS, Child/Spousal Support Agencies, and other companies; Perform quarterly SOX testing for upcoming changes for the company; Analyze and resolve moderate to complex payroll issues; Coordinate, review, and authorize payments of payroll actions (timesheet) and transfers of expense prepared by staff on manual and computerized payroll systems;  Perform testing/validation of solutions to SAP defects; Collaborate with Programmers and other Analyst to define the capabilities of the system and the reporting needs by continual analysis, planning, design, and making appropriate recommendations; Take action to perform better customer services; Collaborate and work closely with third-party vendors (such as ADP); Perform special projects and tasks, as requested.
