My background is Big Box Retail Management. As Store Manager I was responsible for 200 employees and a $35 Million dollar annual budget. In a Region of 81 stores, our team achieved Customer Focused Store of the Year, 2 years in a row. Professionalism is of high importance at any Management level or in any position, and I pride myself on enforcing that with my teams. I have great organizational skills and I am proficient in Microsoft programs, Google Drive, Google Adwords, Peoplesoft, Staff Works and Kronos time keeping systems.In addition to this experience, I have gained considerable experience with Office Administration working for a Family Friend in their Apartment/Property Management company, while taking time away from Retail to start a family.
