As a Senior Vice President at Taylor Long Properties, I continue to share my 25+ years of experience in commercial real estate to provide exceptional service and solutions to my clients. I specialize in office, industrial, flex, and retail properties, and have extensive knowledge of the local and regional markets.My core expertise includes tenant and landlord representation, asset management, commercial development, lease and sales negotiations, and market analysis. I have successfully completed multiple transactions and projects for a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, delivering value and satisfaction. In 2021, I finalized a lease negotiation for a 10 year build-to-suit lease with Starbucks. In 2022, after completion of the building, I sold the building and the 10 year cash flow from the lease to an Investor at a cap rate of 5.25%. To complete this transaction, I located a national management firm to provide the management services to the building for the investor. There is no deal that is too small or too large for me. I am passionate about working in commercial real estate and helping clients find and fill their real estate needs.
