Field Officer Puspa (Puskesmas Terpadu Dan Juara)
• Actively involved in assisting Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) in achieving six priority programs of PUSPA, including the Enhancement of 3T Capacity (Tracing, Testing, Treatment), COVID-19 Vaccination, Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) Screening, Prevention of Stunting and nutritional issues in infants and toddlers, Immunization Program, and Community-Based Surveillance.• Served as the PUSPA Team Leader at Cigeureung Health Center in Tasikmalaya City in 2022 and Banjar 3 Health Center in Banjar City in 2023.• Conducted in-depth analysis of issues and challenges in program achievement, especially those related to PUSPA priorities in 2022 and 2023.• Built effective collaborations with various stakeholders, including the Government, Academia, Media, Community/Organizations/NGOs, and Entrepreneurs, to support program implementation.• Designed strategic work programs to improve the achievements and targets of the PUSPA Program.• Organized the BIAN event in August 2022 and achieved 3rd place for the best Health Center in Tasikmalaya City with a BIAN score of 97%.• Conducted outreach to all family members of infants/toddlers with malnutrition for TB screening (Mantoux Test) to control and promptly address malnutrition in infants and toddlers.• Responsible for processing data from PUSPA program activities into the health reporting systems SIPTM, ASIK, and PCare Vaccination.• Prepared weekly and monthly reports to be presented in Weekly Meetings with various stakeholders, including the West Java Provincial Health Office, Provincial Supervisors, PUSPA Locus Supervisors, City/Regency Health Offices, and Health Center Heads.• Acheived the designation of Banjar 3 Health Center in Banjar City as the Best Health Center in West Java Province in 2023, meeting the set targets.
