Exploring business needs, gathering insights and working with senior management to continually find new and innovative avenues for marketing and business growth. • Conceptualising and directing strategies and projects from ideation to execution, including research, brainstorming, strategy, coordination, delegation, project planning, briefing, creatives, copy, segmentation, and data-harnessing.• A hands-on approach to creative output, content and gathering results. • Managing activities related to the measurement of success within the business using extensive KPIs• Optimising the overall marketing budget, channel spend and business-relevant financial marketing budget direction, resulting in increased conversion rates, more qualified leads and greatly reduced cost per client agreement. • Managing all marketing initiatives, including website and SEO optimisation, analytics, landing pages, paid campaigns, organic tracking, reporting, email campaigns, nurture, segmentations and insight gathering, resulting in increased lead generation rate, higher re-engagements, and a reduced cost per client acquisition.• Using data, results and a proactive mindset to promote cultural change to becoming data-informed, whilst not losing site of ‘real’ marketing to ‘real’ people. • Use of website analytics, conversion rate optimisation tools, regression analysis, multi-touch attribution, segmentation and enlightened data illustration to promote confidence and marketing understanding across the wider team.
