Key player in the Senior Management Team for the Private Sector Division, managing a portfolio of national fundraising offices in Europe and Eastern Europe raising over $50 million per annum through fundraising, sales and marketing.Highlights include:- Leading the creation of the first UNICEF Private Sector Fundraising Strategy- Managing the Nordic Investment fund of $15 million - Review and new strategic direction for the Eastern European national offices

Geneva Area, Switzerland

Managed a small team focussed on global fundraising review and identifying best practise in fundraising, including the creation of signature programs for UNICEF with corporate partners. These included "Check Out for Children"​ with Starwood Hotels - which is still going 20 years on and has raised over $30 million and expanding the "Change for Good"​ partnership which at its height ran on 19 airlines and has raised over $70 million.Special responsibility to research, write and develop UNICEF's guidelines for working with the private sector including ethical considerations in working with third parties. The guidelines I wrote became the blueprint for all UN organisations.

Included producing frequent internal presentations and training seminars, workshops and conferences.
