I am an experienced Director and strategic leader with more than 30 years of experience in not for profit fundraising and management, both in the UK and internationally. I offer support through consulting and interim management. As a consultant I draw on a huge range of experience, valuable to both large and small organisations and I specialise in finding collaborative solutions that are practical and implementable. As an interim manager I am adept at leading existing teams or building start up teams and I have strong experience in creating collaboration across the members in international organisations.
