Act as primary HRBP supporting local Design Center and Engineering capabilities, while taking on special projects in partnership with the APAC HR Compliance team.

Serve as the primary HR partner to R&D functions in Eastern Asia, translating business vision & strategy in leading key HR initiatives and supporting organization and talent development in full range of HR activities.

Serve as the primary HR partner to Design Center, aiming to connect the demand of business growth in China with full HR capabilities. Key Responsibilities:• Maintain strong relationships with other HR functions and collaborate with regional business HR teams, ensuring delivery of HR programs and strategies aligned with overall global/regional strategy and business needs.• Talent Acquisition. Work with TA China to identify best hiring strategy and disseminate further to business, including actively engaging in channels possible to source qualified candidates, bridging business expectations with local talent market, offer negotiations, driving diversity and inclusion on the agenda etc.• Talent Management. Coach and develop supervisors' competencies in people management and knowledge growth to ensure sound people-related decisions in hiring, compensation, etc. Challenge supervisors to ulitize tools available to execute employee motivation strategies. • Employee Experience. Partner with HR peers to ensure that HR activities are operationalized, process are maintained and optimized. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in each stage of employee life cycle. • Act as an HR advisor in terms of ER topics and employee engament. Provide consultative services regarding HR policies and best practice sharing practices. Promote and participate in engagement programs/activities.

As an effort to build business acumen for HR strategic mindset, such temporary assignment included coordinating and supporting to execute specific projects within budget and in high quality.

As the contact point of HR at the site with 200~employees, my role was to ensure HR services tapped into company's overall business strategy via utilizing corporate resources. Meanwhile, supported Engineering & Maintenance Asia Pacific Division on global transfer and domestic project assignment.

Provided high-level administrative support; Assisted in all communications as appropriate with internal and global key stakeholders; Organized Company events; Maintained an efficient filing system, etc.

Overall office administration at fire plant, ensuring home-country assignees' smooth integration into the local working environment and local culture, incl but not limited to:- Establish and implement admin policies, supplier management, etc.- Training, mainly cultural training and coordinating with external contractors on site technical trainings- Visa-related issues, such as obtaining the stay permit for new assignees, and handling temporary extention, etc.- English-Chinese bilingual translation for certain occasions.

During these 3 years, I worked in multiple cities, namely Manano in Sulaweisi Province, Semarang in Middle Jawa, and Jakarta in West Jawa. Acted as a volunteer teacher in training Indonesian students on Mandarin languages, and organized events, etc.
