I am Christopher Dell, co-founder of Great Big Small. I launched my first business 5 years ago in the retail sector starting with a market stall and growing both an online presence using variable revenue streams including our own website, building relationships with 3rd party sellers, as well as opening a high street store. The insight this has given me into customer behaviour is of huge benefit to this my newest venture. Alongside my 8 years of experience before that working for a knowledge sharing platform that facilitated the sharing of ideas and experiences within the corporate world I have a developed a rounded understanding of the needs of “Business to Business” and “Business to Individual” marketing ideas and also ways to build better relationships. My personal goal is to help you and your team deliver an increase in sales and provide a better customer experience all round for your clients whilst freeing up your time to focus on the things that matter to you most.
