I am Christopher Dell, co-founder of Great Big Small. I launched my first business 5 years ago in the retail sector starting with a market stall and growing both an online presence using variable revenue streams including our own website, building relationships with 3rd party sellers, as well as opening a high street store. The insight this has given me into customer behaviour is of huge benefit to this my newest venture. Alongside my 8 years of experience before that working for a knowledge sharing platform that facilitated the sharing of ideas and experiences within the corporate world I have a developed a rounded understanding of the needs of “Business to Business” and “Business to Individual” marketing ideas and also ways to build better relationships.
