Release Train Engineer (RTE) for Meijer Corporate Area, focused on HR/Payroll and Corporate wide initiatives.- Managing an ART of 5 Agile Teams (40-80 people)- Facilitates the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agile Release Train (ART) processes and program execution, escalates impediments, manages risk, and helps drive program-level relentless improvement.- Constantly refining and acting as an energetic force for sharing Agile and SAFe knowledge across the organization. - Provide management and guidance for the ART relating to utilizing Agile practices and ensuring successful execution of Program Objectives.- Provide open and regular communication across the ART, program, stakeholders, and dependent teams for transparency and awareness of PI progress and impediments.- Drive delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, predictability, flow, carry over, defects, etc.) and continue to identify areas of opportunity.- Assist with internal and external communication and improve the transparency of information and decisions.- Assess the Scaled Agile maturity of the teams and coach the teams to attain higher maturity levels. Ensuring proper program execution and program/feature grooming, including guidance on work breakdown, prioritization, evaluation of team velocity, decision-making, removing impediments, and ultimately, delivery of value.- Support the configuration of SAFe to the needs of the organization, standardizing and documenting practices.
