Factory Automation:• Transformed Site Automation team from 5TM to 16TM with a road map to 32TM in nearby future.• Led Site Factory Automation team to enable customized Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) in Test, Burn, Package level reflow, Flip Chip, Wire Bond, Die Attach, Devoid Oven, Plasma Cure, WIP stockers & metrology tools to improve competitiveness of Site Operation towards Best In Class in terms of productivity, quality, space efficiency and traceability.• Collaborated with Singapore EDB & internal grant team to enable PAVES grant for Site automation and new tool implementation projects to achieve Capex benefits grant.• Customized AMHS solution and delivered integrated production line with Wire Bonder, Die Attach tool, Devoid Oven, Plasma Cure & metrology tools.
