At Empower Coaching and Training (a program of Evolutionary Consulting) I provide personalized 1:1 coaching to clients referred by various community organizations/contracts. Teach clients coaching tools that they can easily implement to cope with current life stressors. Report client attendance and progress via tracking tools provided by the organization. Outreach to Spanish speaking clients through collaboration with community based organizations. Build coaching skills and tools through participation in continuing education workshops.
