Responsibilities include installation, maintenance and administration of Internet and Intranet web servers, DNS’s, file servers, domain controllers, mail servers, remote access servers and workstations, running Windows 98-Win7, Windows 2003 Advanced Server, Windows 2008 Advanced Server, Apple System 7-OSx. Provide lead support for ISP’s customers, by solving configuration and connection problems, technical issues etc. Responsible for the co-location of client machines, and the day-to-day hardware and software maintenance on client systems and ISP’s core network, software upgrades and overall system maintenance.

Responsibilities included preparing and providing all lecture, laboratory and clinical instruction according to the required curriculum. Moitored student attendance and retention. Graded assignments, returning graded assignments to students, and assigning final grades for all students. Provided educational assistance, tutoring and advising to students. Advised students as it relates to school policies, satisfactory performance, etc. Maintained professional expertise by attending educational seminars in professional field, reading current literature, attending online courses, etc. Served on committees (e.g., curriculum development, retention, etc) as assigned based upon expertise. Troubleshoot network systems and workstations and made hardware and software repairs on workstations and network equipment as required. Installed digital/VoIP and analog phones and performed troubleshooting and maintenance as required. Worked with the Academic Dean and instructors to integrate technology into business, medical and computer science instruction.

Responsibilities included testing, analyzing, and providing problem resolution for all hardware and software elements of the data communication network. Managing all hardware components to insure all communications facilities are operational at optimum levels, tracking throughput and response time of the data network to provide maximum availability and critical scheduling of the network. Provide technical analysis in data network planning and design. Analyze customer requests to determine needs and recommends hardware and software solutions. Provide recovery analysis and manage production job processing for problems, coordinates resolution of problems. Assist maintenance technicians, network technicians, help desk to resolve user problems.

Responsibilities included providing leadership in managing academic information structures and systems, computer services facilities and computer networks so that critical resources, instructors time, college capital and equipment, classrooms and laboratories were utilized to the maximum potential. I assisted faculty and administrators in applying instructional technologies in curriculum. I provided planning, recommendations, and implementation of hardware and software applications across the curriculum. Directed and supervised staff, and together provided training and support for academic and administrative computing users.
