Thanks to my previous experience on Z-AOG plateau, I have been involved (after COVID restrictions) on the Health Engineering activities to support Airbus in the delivery of predictive solutions to their customers through Skywise platform. During the first six month of 2021 I was supporting the ATA7x team to define engines monitoring for SA and LR fleet. Then, I have joined the ATA27 team on the plateau to define monitoring related to High Lift and Primary Flight Control systems on A350 fleet.I am also supporting transverse activities in relation to my previous experience on ACARS communication traffic analysis.

During the COVID crisis, me and several other ALTEN's specialists were involved on ALTEN research department to develop ideation around maintenance of the future (mainly in aeronautical industry).In this perimeter, we were in charge of point out the ALTEN's savoir-faire in maintenance activities and to showcase all initiatives already developed to ALTEN's historic customers.

During this period I developed new skills related to aircraft data in order to monitor and predict failures thanks to Skywise platform. I have worked on multiple ATA chapters such as 28, 30 and 47. Due to my previous experience on A380 NSS platform and the knowledge I had on ACMS application, I have been requested by my customer to develop a L1 support on Z-AOG plateau to answer first level question related to ACMS application (technical information, support to request new data collection ...). Then following airlines' complaints related to the cost of ACARS communication, I put in place a way of working to identify the top consumer of traffic (either reports or uplinks). Later on we were able to drastically reduce the amount of data requested to the aircraft for some customer without degrading the Airbus service offer.

Work as a consultant for IYAM3 Maintenance Function team that aims at at representing the interest of Maintenance people and activities to make sure that their needs are correctly answered by the A380 NSS platform.Being part of this team I was in charge of identifying the operational impact induced by the development of new functions on the A380 NSS platform, validating (with the help of Simplified English Language specialist) the wording of any messages provided to the end-user through HMI, and finally by defining end-to-end objectives to validate the coverage of Maintenance functional requirements.

During this mission, I was part of the Design Office Team in charge of A380 DLCS application (Airbus IYAM2) as consultant. In this perimeter I was supporting my customer on various activities such as the creation of a retroactive compliance matrix about previous test campaigns, answer to SII support request after an in-service events and most activities attached to the definition and delivery of A380 Mapping Table Field Loadable Software (Definition of new dataloading targets, test definition and execution, publication of documentation ...).
