Both --Visual Technologies and Broadcast Equipment India Pvt Ltd , deal in Broadcast & Security /Surveillance Industrial segment. We represent about 35 + Multinational Corporations to provide complete customized solutions to TV channels & Media houses, Defense and Security agencies . In addition to the Strategy and broad direction of the group companies, I am entrusted with the task to streamline its RF business and taking care of the complex regulatory matters.

The company has its own Commercial Earth Station (Teleport), fleet of 25 fully equipped OB/DSNG Vans stationed across the length and breadth of the country. My job requires me to co-ordinate with different ministries and governmental bodies like Department of Space (ISRO), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Wireless Planning division of the department of telecommunications, National Broadcasting Agency, Satellite Operators,....and of-course major private broadcasting channels (our customers). Managing the workforce of these DSNG Vans keeps on throwing new challenges everyday.

Passion for challenges has always seen me scripting my own destiny--sometimes at the risk of moving into unchartered territory! That spirit again prompted me to switch over from my ongoing and highly satisfying career phase in telecom & mobile internet technology sector. Our area of activity was focused on renewable energy sector --Solar, Wind,Biomass, Hybrid, Small Hydro power projects...; Travelling around the globe meeting new and prospective business associates, I realised that the lessons learnt during my last two decaeds in telecom and technology sector hold good even in my new environment. So here I am --so full of new dreams ...and set to re-write the rules of the game!!

During that lean period in telecom and technology industry, I worked as a consultant attached with a US based Strategy Consulting Group and advised several international corporations on regulatory & policy issues and competitive scenario and industry structure . Although not very satisfying, it neverthless proved to be quite a learning period in my career in terms of keeping afloat during hard times without losing spirit. The friendships acquired during those days opened interesting and highly rewarding doors of opportunities later in my professional life.

Launched and succesfully build the Indian operation of this NASDAQ listed Euro-American MNC. Developed a suitable business model, created a team of efficient professionals,obtained product certifications from the relevant governmental bodies,first reference project....and so on to claim the largest market share and leading brand positioning among the very fragmented telecom market of those days in India.
