CurrentThis role involves overseeing and managing all aspects of Ricoh's service department and I am responsible for ensuring that service operations run smoothly and efficiently, and that customer needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner. This includes setting the service strategy, managing a team of service leaders, and ensuring that effective communication with customers is maintained. As GM, I am also responsible for establishing budgets, implementing processes for continuous improvement, and providing leadership and guidance to the team. The goal of this role is to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, maximise business performance and develop the leaders of tomorrow.
