The experience gained as been consolidated banking market, in the organizations/operations area. Initially at a leading bank, I was able to support a deep redefinition of core processes, executing a very deep technological infrastructure transformation (savings, enabling new and innovative products/services). Later, I have led some projects in leading italian banking/insurance group, as principle consultant of a multinational consulting firm.In the following six years I managed as COO of the first IMEL authorized to operate in Italy, gaining significant experience in the field of electronic money and related payment services: definition of payment products and services, together with the related distribution methods, both for retail customers and for the purpose of integration with an important gaming operator. Later, I have been working as a consultant with a Professional specialized in innovation and payments at major Italian companies. Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to create highly innovative products, combining the four key dimensions that characterize the payments sector: business model, marketing to merchants and end customers, technology and operations, compliance and legal, for example: (i) among the first to launch a card with an IBAN account back in 2010, enabled - also - to collect (in total regulatory compliance) the winnings of the game; (ii) the first to transform retail outlets, in points of collection winnings of games and betting with the use of electronic money tools and full traceability; (iii) among the first to launch a payment gateway for e-commerce with a high level of integration through open APIs, for physical and virtual payments with full integration and control of the processing system; (iv) the first to define payment architectures on vending machines, which integrate the machine firmware and remote control systems, rationalizing, in different scenarios of use, communications.
