Lighting designer, director, and programmer specializing in TV broadcasts, special events, corporate events, concerts, and network TV.With over 25 years in the lighting industry, I’ve worked with the top Latin television networks. Starting as a lighting tech and programmer in West Palm Beach, I later toured with David Copperfield working my way up from spotlight op to programmer, leaving the tour as the lighting director. Since leaving the tour I’ve primarily been freelancing with Univision, Televisa, and Telemundo where I’ve continued to hone my craft. With many shows under my belt, I have a complete understanding of the industry. Shows I have had the pleasure of being a part of include: Combate, De Noche Pero Sin Sueno, Latin American Music Awards (main show), Nuestra Belleza Latina, Mira Quein Baila (US Tapings Only), Viva El Sueno, Don Francisco Te Invita (2016-2019), Premio Lo Nuestro (Red Carpet and Main show), Premio Juventud (Red Carpet and Main show), La Banda, Teleton, La Mascara (Mexico), Bandamax (Mexico), Olympic coverage (Mexico), Latin Grammys, and others.Other projects include: re-lighting the Telemundo news set, creating and overseeing the installation of the news studios in Trinidad and Aruba, lighting an informercial product studio, Lighting Programmer - Hotel Nacional music video for Gloria Estefan (2011).Concert work: Donna Summer, Carlos Vives, Daddy Yankee, Ozuna, Natalia Jimenez, and Pitbull's Rockin New Year's Eve.I’ve had the privilege of working with the biggest and best Latin artists out there as well as many others. I’ve also been contracted to design lighting for news studios in Aruba and Trinidad that are used for news broadcasts as well as local governmental meetings / broadcasts. I’m a musical composer and arranger, able to create custom scores and soundtracks.
