- Report to Superiors.- Supervise, instruct and guide the security officers under my command.- Interact with the client’s representatives on site in a professional manner.- Intervene and stop any staff or workers Conflict.- Be the liaison between Magua and the Client’s representatives on site.- When needed or instructed liaison with Government agencies (Police, GGMC) within the best interest of the client or the obligations that the client has.- Create and do reports (Microsoft Word, Google Docs, etc).- Take statements where applicable.- Ensure that the company workers follow all the required rules.- Overlook and safeguard all monies garnered from the toll when at Camp (4). - Manage assets in a professional manner( A.T.V, T.v, fuel, etc) at Camp (4).- Assist in aviation duties for inbound and outbound flights. - Conduct and or supervise the searching of client’s workers bags upon arrival and departure via aircraft from Georgetown to Toroparu or Toroparu to Iteballi and vice versa respectively.- Protect and secure the client’s assets where practicable.

Provide intelligence and gather information to stop the distribution, movement, sale and usage of illegal drugs and or goods and services.-Investigate cases in relation to illegal drugs and or goods and services.- Enforce the laws and regulation for the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic (control) act (Guyana).

- Supervise, evaluate and appraise employees under my supervision.- Plan field operations and proposals of enforcement and monitoring exercises.- Run a station independent of Supervision.- Overlook operations in the field and lead them.( Interior Locations)- Plan stakeholders engagements.- Prepare weekly reports of operation statuses and goals met.- Plan work detail for employees.- Plan and execute training sessions for employees.- Resolve employee issues. -Provide armed escorts to sister Agencies such as GGMC and Forestry when executing their mandates.- Enforce O.H.S. laws at mining and forest camps

- Supervise prisoners.- Observe their conduct.- Write daily reports.- Enforce prison laws.- Provide armed escorts detail for prisons when required to be around the business community and politicians at functions.- Tutor prisoners.

- Manage forest stations.- Execute monitoring and enforcement functions.- Supervise and appraise employees.- Write daily reports on monitoring of forest concessions.- Prepare daily balance sheets on revenue received and petty cash spent.- Assess royalty on permits from concessions.- Provide advice, consultation and educate stakeholders.- Provide adequate support stakeholders engaged in the awareness on the duties and functions of the commission.
