1. To carry out the analysis of the business’s financial statement, credit risk, credit facilities, repayment & transaction behavior, credit facilities utilization history and other qualitative factors followed by preparing the credit rating report following the guideline of Bangladesh Bank and Bangladesh Security Exchange Commission (BSEC) Rules.2. To visit concerned Site/Plant/Factory/Industry/Business Office as a part of the qualitative analysis for the preparing of the credit rating report.3. To prepare site visit report after visiting the respective site/plant/factory/industry/business office and draw the actual synopsis view of the respective business.4. To prepare credit rating proposal/appraisal based on the analysis and submitted into Internal Review Credit Committee (IRCC) after that finally present on the Principal Credit Rating Committee (PCRC) for the ultimate approval of the respective client’s credit rating.5. To assess creditworthiness of respective client through analysis of financial ratios.6. Proper documentation of the respective client to maintain the compliance issues as per the guidelines by Bangladesh Bank and Bangladesh Security Exchange Commission (BSEC).7. To make correspondences with the clients or their representative for obtaining relevant information that will be analyzed altogether to access the creditworthiness of the concern entity/ instrument.8. To prepare draft letter or correspondence with the banks, clients or his representative or any matter expecting collection of primary information.9. To prepare the credit rating report based on the respective methodology developed by the research team as per guidance by Bangladesh Bank10. Participating in the morning briefing session as a Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) and discuss on the concurrent business and economic issues and how these will impact on credit rating analysis.

Site visit of company/factory/business premises/manufacturing unit for the assessment of the concern and take the necessary information for credit rating analysis.4. Undertake credit risk analysis.5. Maintain high quality of analytics and rating committee presentation.6. Prepare report that cogent capture the rationale behind the credit rating.7. Complete depth analysis of new credit rating requests, renewals and recommend risk rating changes.8. Evaluating clients` credit data and financial statements in order to determine the degree of risk involved in Credit limit to them

Conducting Research on the industry in which the company is operating and keeping a track on the performance of the industry as a whole.2. Carrying out SWOT analysis.3. Analyzing financial statements and carrying out ratio analysis for assessing the credit worthiness of the company.4. Projecting the financial standing of the company on the basis of analysis of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and cash flow statements.5. Preparing credit rating reports, rationale for assigned ratings.
