This initiative significantly reduced the number of tickets generated for common issues and increased team efficiency by freeing up valuable time and resources for the team. Additionally, provided training to the team to ensure smooth transition and effective maintenance of the chatbot.- Created an automation flow using Power Automate to send notifications to distributors during the month-end process, resulting in improved performance and increased team capacity. The manual process, which previously took several hours, was reduced to minutes through automation.- Collaborated closely with a non-technical team to identify and implement various automation processes, optimizing workflows and enhancing overall productivity. This collaboration resulted in significant time savings and improved efficiency for the team.
