- Providing attentive front counter customer service in a fast-paced dine-in and takeaway environment, in line established health and hygiene requirements. - Engaging with a diverse range of customers including taking food orders, data entry and correctly placing customer orders through the POS register, accurately receipting cash and eftpos transactions, provision of change, and managing complaints and recommendations.- Answering and responding to a high volume of phone/online orders. - Restocking supplies and providing cleaning and restaurant maintenance services.
