Currently, I am working as a Program Officer for TCU Capacity for Student Success. Our team focuses on supporting tribal colleges and universities on their Strategic Enrollment Management plans and finding best practices to share across all TCUs through collaborative measures with AIHEC, AACRAO, NACEP, and ATD. I was a financial aid professional at ASU and South Mountain Community College for 7 years. I also served as an independent contractor with Native-serving non-profit organizations and universities to assist with financial aid training, workshops, and college access. I'm currently working on my Ph.D. in Justice Studies with a focus on Indigenous feminisms, activism, and story work. I taught JUS432: Racial Justice for three years as a Graduate Teaching Associate at Arizona State University for four years. In that role, I supported students, from diverse backgrounds, to navigate the university experience. In 2023, I started at the American Indian College Fund as the Coordinator of Student Engagement and Communications; which focused on marketing, social media management, and event planning, and utilized my creativity to produce content to engage our scholars and the public.
