Assistant Tailormade Manager (Hotels & Tours Department) - 1996 to 2022- Managing smooth running of hotels & Tours Reservations- Providing hight level of international support (supervising, coaching and training) to all areas of the company: Sales offices (39), Travel Accounts, Contractors, Operations- Liaising with suppliers such as hotels, tours and transfer companies etc regarding contracts, customer complaints and providing reservations support- Leading Educational trip abroad to Egypt to explore North African market and inspect partner hotels and tours- Providing user experience feedback (both personal and customer) on global partner services including hotels, tours, transfers and other services)- Problem solving and solution finding e.g handling client complaints, investigating booking errors, managing systems faults, contracting issues, invoicing errors etc- Systems management including setting up and testing systems, running reports, liaising with developers of the reservations system to action improvements- Responsible for mobility/accessibility provision of partner services including liaison to ensure suitable facilities for clients- Daily workload planning, organising and supervision to ensure high level service delivery- Coaching, managing and training the Tailormade Team (approx. 20 team members)- Monitoring FCO Advice, managing Client Notifications (Renovations, hotel closures) and other communications- Finance management including expenditure reconciliations, invoicing, raising payments and liaising with the accounts team to resolve anomalies
