Thanks for being here ! Shall we have a conversation ? I am a ***passionate, authentic, empathic and driven leader***, senior profile (+20 years) in communication/branding/sponsoring/events/field. Always open to discuss with the sector, to learn from others and to bring in value out of my own experience. So much to share and to make happen !In 2023, I started my own company, Spring Yellow, to put my expertise, in a freelance mode, at the service of others and take up their challenges together. Visit www.springyellow.be !My key words for this year : challenge, ambition, realism, reinvention, energy, resilience and… fun!My latest function is Head of Sponsoring, Customer Events and Internal Events at ING Belgium. In charge of sponsoring and events management included in the global communication strategy and marketing mix. I am a people manager with strong leadership skills. I love driving energized teams ! I managed teams up to 17 experts in sponsoring (sports, art, music and business), brand and business activation on (digital) events/fairs/field. Facing the Covid crisis in our sector showed us again how each threat opens doors for opportunities : new ways of thinking about the impact of digital events, content use in sponsorships, challenge in budgets and resources, direct impact and results and, of course... the importance of self-care !I am lucky to be one of the first Lifetime Fellows of the European Sponsorship Association. With my team, I feel honored to have been recognized by the sector. Between 2012 and 2019, I was the President of the Sponsoring Expertise Centre @ UBA (Union Belge des Annonceurs). I have also been a Member of the Best of Activation Awards jury since 2013. My team has been awarded each year with ING cases at the Belgian Sponsorship awards from 2015 until 2020, as well as selected at the European level in 2016 and 2020 and at the Best of activation awards from 2014 to 2019. In 2022, the ING 150 years celebration received a Best of Event Award while I was sitting as a jury member in Roma for the BEA World !Last but not least, I am a lecturer at IHECS (school of my heart), in the Master in Event Management.I am happy to have built a strong experience in working within an international framework, through ING Global Programs. I joined ING 23 years ago and rapidly became a communication project leader when BBL rebranded to ING (2003).
