Inner work mentor for rising leaders.Guiding wise, intuitive women to trust their desires and inner knowing more fully, so they can feel free to enjoy life on their own terms, and flourish in their relationships, work and creations.I offer 1-1 sessions, and group programmes, online. I'm also available to deliver workshops, trainings and talks (in person / online) on topics related to: self-care, embodied mindfulness, authentic living, inner critic, inner child; embodiment, harmonising masculine & feminine polarities, creative expression; self-trust & confidence, healthy relationships & communication.My approach is intuitive, holistic and creative, drawing on various tools and practices that help clients to develop their own intuition and self-awareness, and support them to make empowered changes in their lives. This includes embodied mindfulness, processing emotions, integrating inner shadow aspects and parts of self, engergy work and connecting with Soul and metaphysical realms. The work is also informed by my psychotherapy experience and understanding of unconscious dynamics and patterns, while recognising our true nature as powerful, multidimensional beings. I work with an inclusive and non-prescriptive definition of women+, while recognising the lmited binary nature of power dynamics within patriarchy. I also work with men on similar themes.It continually inspires me to witness the increased clarity, confidence and freedom people start to feel, when they shape a life that honours their core needs and desires, and are resourced to have more powerful and sustainable impact on the world. Great transformations can happen when you invest in your relationship with self, and are then resourced to love, work and create from a place of integrity, alignment and abundance.

This can be anything from relationship or family problems, to work or health issues, bereavement, loss, anxiety, stress, anger, personal crises, life choices, or questions about how to live a meaningful life.My approach is tailored to each client's unique needs, respectin people's personal agency and choices while recognising structural and collective influences. We develop a therapeutic relationship together over time, based on trust, as an important foundation to exploring how clients relate to themselves and others.I see psychotherapy as a unique and creative process through which people can come to understand their true selves more deeply, and lead more fulfilling lives. I enjoy working with people as they uncover their own inner wisdom and find new ways of approaching life.My approach is Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Integrative, with an emphasis on existential and transpersonal approaches, body psychotherapy, attachment theory, object relations and contemporary neuroscience. My work is also informed by a growing awareness of the metaphysical dimensions of healing and consciousness evolution. I have a particular interest in working with people who identify as highly sensitive, neurodivergent, or intuitive. I attend regular supervision, and abide by the Code of Ethics of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP), of which I am an Accredited Member.With a background of over ten years in communications and social justice advocacy work, including in the area of migration, women’s rights and mental health, I also bring an awareness of systemic inequalities and sociocultural factors to my psychotherapy work.
