Hospitality is a key activity: at the head of a team of fifteen volunteers, I organized regular meetings with members in order to listen to them, help them and let them know about our activities.

(2nd largest French retail chain) At the head of the quality department of E Leclerc centralised Seafood purchasing structure (Scapmarée). I was responsible for overseeing the sourcing, handling and food safety of the seafood products. I was in charge of over 2 000 Stock Keeping Units purchased from over 200 suppliers and distributed to over 450 stores from 3 warehouses. During my posting, activity increased from 8 000 T to 25 000 T, and required for me to work closely with the purchasing, sales, logistic and account teams. The nature of the retail business and the just-in-time seafood market characteristics enabled me to foster my organisational, reactivity and flexibility skills.My key activities covered:Food safety - Implementation, control and internal staff training for the use of the traceability in house software logifish. - Creation of supplies quality and environmental schemes and their associated control procedures. - Audit of suppliers both in France and abroad. - Conception of E.Leclerc Norwegian salmon supply chain "les chemins de la qualité" which included control criteria from breeding to processing, set up of the initial audits and monitoring of farms, slaughter facilities, transforming plants and final products. - Training of quality controllers, quality assistant and staff of our warehouse platforms.Risk management - Quality control and monitoring of product default including managing the store and customer complaints. - Crises management related to health safety and E Leclerc brand issues.Strategic management - Referent and advisor for the head department of E. Leclerc on the quality and safety of seafood products.
