She is currently the Senior Director of Digital Solutions in Gradiant, a water technology company.With the experiences in both business and technical roles across multiple industries, she has accumulated diverse skill sets which broadened her perspectives in various career situations and set her apart from peers. Her areas of expertise include strategy development, business development, project management, innovation strategy, marketing, and manufacturing. She also has a wide global exposure having worked or lived in countries that include USA, UK, Canada, India, China and Singapore. Delph holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). This degree is jointly offered by the MIT School of Engineering and the Sloan School of Management. It is an intensive course that guides students to solve complex socio-technical problems by employing a system design approach.Delph is passionate about driving new businesses in a corporate setting for the sustainability sectors.
