Key achievements : - I led a team of 3 developers that worked very close with the CEO and a group of designers and digital artists in order to achieve the objectives of transitioning the DAM to our in house developed solution;- Rebuilt the internal digital asset management which improved the company's internal teams efficiency and understanding of their asset library. We were able to do this without impact to the company's day to day's activities;- Built the commercial section of the customer facing website that deeply integrates with the internal DAM through a clear workflow. This allows the ~40 photographers and photo editors to seamlessly manage the public assets through an already known interface and processes.- Built and trained our new internal engineering team;- Moved key domains of the applications to node.js services.Technologies used: php, react, redux/saga, react-query, node.js, elasticsearch, cube.js, redshift, lambda, ecs fargate, kinesis firehose, docker, terraform, cloudformation and cdk (infrastructure as code for AWS), jenkins pipeline and groovy script.

Key achievements:- Leader of a team of junior developers for coding best practices and re-usability. We were able to recast several online shops with Drupal, migration of existing catalogs and the creation of numeric catalogs, payment gateway, subscription, search engine, SEO (label accessibility when required), analytics, hosting, etc. We created a shared code base of custom libraries for Drupal (sometimes given to the community), open-source library and online services, allowing us to deliver better quality over time to our clients.- Learnt react, react-native and redux for the development of small application and mobile app for IOS and Android.
