With over 37 years of work experience in the powersports industry, my passion for adventure and the thrill of the ride is engrained in who I am and this passion has fueled my career over the years. In May of 2024 after spending 8 months reflecting on what I wanted next in my career, I made the difficult decision to leave BRP and venture out with 2 amazing partners to re-ignite the reason I left the dealership in the first place. When I was a dealer it became evident that there was no consistency in the relationship with the powersports or marine OEMs and dealers in powersports had a large gap from the performers and those struggling to get by, leading to a customer experience often based in discounting instead of the overall ownership experience. It was more evident because the dealership I worked for also had an Automotive branch and there it was much more regulated and consistent. With Dealer Rocket, we are bringing something new to the Powersports industry. A prescriptive support model that starts with a through evaluation and an mission plan (action plan), targeted to the dealership, no cookie cutter approaches. This action plan focuses on three key areas, Processes, Performance and Infrastructure. My last role with an OEM was Vice President of Global Parts, Accessories, Network Strategy, and Customer Services at BRP. In this role I oversaw the global strategy, execution, and performance of the parts, accessories, network development, and customer service functions, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience, enhancing dealer profitability, and driving operational excellence. It was in this large diverse role that I realized I had lost my way on what I wanted, It was not the big title, but instead it was the chance to help make our industry better. Today, I leverage my analytical mindset, industry knowledge, and leadership skills to identify and implement innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs and expectations of dealers across different regions and markets. I am passionate about creating value for stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Lastly, personal development is a passion for me and as a leader essential. Three books have shaped and changed my career and personal life. Each offers unique insights and strategies that can help enhance leadership skills and navigate challenges effectively.
