As the Talent Partnerships Consultant my focus is on establishing and maintaining relationships with employers worldwide, and providing them access to current students and alumni of the Goodman School of Business.I have extensive knowledge of the university and post-secondary/career pathways, and use that knowledge in a student focused capacity in an effort to stay on top of emerging employment trends to ensure success for our graduates.I am willing to meet with employers one on one and discuss their needs and wants, and help find the students that fit their organization.

As the Recruitment Officer – Campus Visitors and Community Outreach, I focus ondeveloping and leading Brock Universities campus visit programs while overseeing and community,youth and educator engagement programs and relationships.Campus Visit Programs- Hire, train and manage over 40 student staff members who act as lead Campus Ambassadors for a variety of on-campus programming.- Oversee the scheduling and management of the Campus Tour program, welcoming over 5000 guests to campus every year.- Implemented a new data collection and analytics model for Campus Tours to help forecast program needs, and to help with training and management of staff.Community Engagement- Led a new University-wide community engagement initiative at Brock in 2017, looking to implement requirements put forth in our recent Strategic Mandate Agreement.- Co-Chair on a community engagement committee at Brock, helping bridge relationships between different departments at the University. - Have worked to develop and maintain partnerships with community groups through the Niagara Region.- Implemented a new data collection model for community events, helping engage community members with the University, while also testing the ROI and feasibility on such events.- I have also been the lead on numerous on and off campus events, ensuring our brand standards and strategies are continuously met, while tailoring my message and image to the specific demographic.

- Provide active supervision for 150,000 + sq. ft. multi-purpose recreational facility that hosts up to 5000 visitors per day.- Controller of access to all areas of the facility (prime key holder).- Coordinator of emergencies or problems that may arise in any area of the facility.- Tasked with the hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating of 40 plus part-time student staff on an on-going basis.- Oversaw the setup, purchasing and inventory of all equipment housed and used in the facilities.- Reported and assisted with preventative and corrective maintenance with internal facilities management department and external contractors.

- Part of a team that visits over 750 secondary and post-secondary schools around Ontario during the "Fall Travel Season".- Presenting in front of groups as large as 200 students, teachers and parents - Helping plan and execute large scale on and off campus events, including the Ontario Universities Fair (100,000+ attendees) and Brock Open Houses (5000+ attendees).
