During my period of taking an extension program from a 3-year diploma into a bachelor degree in applied sciences in tourism, I worked as a private tutor for elementary students. I teach and help the students with the subjects they learn at school.

Assist and Support Project Officers on Sustainable Tourism Development project within Labuan Bajo - Flores.The interventions detail:-Community-Based TourismContribute to the success of the preparation and implementation of KREBA (Karya Flores Barat), an intervention in helping the development of local MSMEs, especially in the local crafts sector.-Sustainability Coaching,Collaboration with Swakarsa Vocational School in Ruteng, which is a pilot school in the implementation of the program, which aims to create an environmentally friendly learning process and apply sustainability principles in the school environment.-Hospitality Training & Coaching,Contribute to the success of Hospitality Practices on Sustainability (HOPS), an intervention with participants from several hotels in Labuan Bajo, in applying the principle of sustainability and supporting the absorption of local products into the hotel industry.-Module Development,actively participated in the preparation of the Waste Management Module and Culinary Module related to the needs of tourist villages.

Through FORMULA E-2 that held by TKN-PSL, I learned so much about waste management, leadership and how to influence people around by campaign about waste issue and waste management. During Formula E-2 we also received a lot of learning materials and feedback given by inspirational dan motivational mentor and speakers. And by joining the FORMULA E-2 I be able to meet and connect with new friends around Indonesia.

Learned more about conservation and conduct research on the relationship between tourism and the significant role of conservation in tourism development.Some of the activities that I participated in are mangroves monitoring, resource users monitoring, cetaceans monitoring, checking and monitoring coral transplantation, doing plastic waste recycling activities, monitoring sea turtles in a demonstration plot and did release the sea turtles back into the sea, fostering children in nature lovers groups, etc.
