Maintain IE team activities with the sub ordinates.Co-ordinate with planning department for allocation similar styles, capacity plan and line plan based on the history of line efficiency.Co-ordinate with planning team for improve the pre-production activities.Make monthly production build up plan for the plant.Thread consumption and wastage reduction.Daily WIP Report check and Target Set according to style and Manpower.Check floor wise 1st two hours achievement and take initiative to improve it.Work on innovative idea and continuous improvement.Follow up every floor QCO Plan and activities.Meeting with technical and mechanical team to ensure QCO activities.Analyze man machine ratio & proper utilization of resources.Calculate estimated labour cost (CMT) and machine cost of the factory.SWOT analysis of worker's efficiency to enhance their skills.Forecasting & risk analysis of the product & process.Follow up the daily & monthly production plan of sewing floor.Calculating daily & monthly efficiency of sewing floor.Method improvement, SMV reduction of critical process.Set up daily production target of the factory.Develop strategies to achieve the targeted productivity.Co-ordinate with factory manager for cut plan and finishing plan based on delivery priority.Data analysis of all the department and set KPI based on the company goal.Must take initiative on lean manufacturing and looking for scope of implementation in the factory.
