• Enhancing and expanding strategic and enterprise consultative support through assisting various Pharmacy Directors (PD) in interpreting and operationalizing State and Federal policies and contracts in an effort to remain compliant with all government mandates. • Leveraging enterprise assets to drive value through expanded health services capabilities, closing gaps in care for members, collaborating on quality, and generating other creative solutions for the continuously changing state specific COVID-19 requirements. • Utilizing presentation skills by delivering financial and clinical results of the quarterly RxInsights to various key decision makers (i.e., CEO, CFO, CMO, PD, etc.) as a means to provide a comprehensive overview of a plan’s Specialty and Non-Specialty performance, provide a comprehensive analysis of a plan’s trend, and help plans (MI Medicaid, KS Medicaid, AZ D-SNP, OH MMP, MI MMP, and IL MMP) manage rising healthcare and specialty costs. • Executing client renewals by building relationships with key decision maker and assessing and delivering client inputs and insights to internal stakeholders which lead to mutually helpful innovative pharmacy benefit plan designs and market differentiation.• Supporting Aetna’s membership growth through Request for Proposals (RFPs) by formulating RFP responses in collaboration with internal partners (i.e., Underwriting, Legal, Specialty, Clinical, Benefits, and product SMEs).• Developing and delivering innovative management strategies to senior leadership in an effort to minimize gaps in the management of the Aetna Medicaid managed MMP and D-SNP plans.
