Key responsibilities:- The main point of contact following the contract signing – establish good relationships with customers, by maintaining regular contact and providing professional and timely responses to all customer queries- Work closely with customers to assist with finalising draft consent plans, amendments and product selections- Liaise with the consenting team to check on customer Consent applications with the council- Take responsibility for all contract variation requests, ensuring all are accurately completed, communicated to the customer and affected parties and signed off by the customer, then uploaded into the appropriate files within the Connect system- Liaise effectively with and maintain good relationships with key suppliers, contractors, insurance PMO’s and SWH staff- Promptly and accurately file/upload all relevant documentation into the main Connect system, for referral- Investigative support work for management, e.g. creation of timelines where required, to establish courses of action- Provide administrative support to Building Supervisors where required, including compiling weekly construction updates for each customer

Key Responsibilities:- Interpret damage as recorded in the Statement of Claim and cost damage accurately and in a timely manner – this could range from minor damages through to the full-scale rebuild of a single dwelling, multiple units or a rest home- Re-cost additional or changes in repair strategies mutually agreed by EQC and the Insurance Company during a joint re-inspection - Prepare Scopes of Work and upload to the Claims Management System - Assist the Settlement team by reviewing/comparing EQC repair strategies and Scope of Works over different events identifying anomalies and omissions. Compile a written report summarising findings- In cases where access to a dwelling has been difficult or dangerous – interpret architectural drawings/floor plans to compile an accurate detailed costing

Key Responsibilities:- Prospect for new clients using cold calling, direct approach and email methods to secure property listings- General administration including database management and client filing - Research market trends, comparable property prices and appraise properties- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and legal requirements - Promote properties through advertisements and open homes, co-ordinating appointments with prospective buyers - Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers- Prepare contracts, purchase agreements and leases- Close negotiations successfully and finalise paperwork
