The key responsibilities are to – (a) work closely with SportSG HQ divisions to drive organisational directives and goals, (b) exhibit stewardship by instituting regular checks on expenditure, accounts, inventory, and (c) lead team to organisational excellenceAccomplishments:- Rejuvenated and expanded various gyms between size of 285sqm to 348sqm- Improved the infrastructure to better serve the sporting community & received 50+ positive feedback from various stakeholders- Assisted in the facilitation of camp with over 345 Youth Sport Leaders encompassing 27 schools- Inspired the team to partake in National Day Observance Ceremonies across 8 locations- Represented SportSG in the Young Singaporeans Conference 2022 under the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS)- As OIC, successfully executed GetActive! Singapore: Pesta Sukan Basketball Competitions, with 19 Categories, 25 Days, 2 Competition Venues, 555 Teams, 4147 Participants, 321 Referees and 1,010 matches (272 matches of 5v5 & 738 matches of 3X3)- Corporate Secretariat Team for Year 2024's Senior Management Team & Board Member Meeting

The key responsibilities are to – (a) ensure safety measures are in place and compliance to statutory requirements (e.g., SCDF, BCA, PUB, MOM) including but not limited to; building, fire, workplace, sport safety, (b) develop people by building capabilities in service excellence, and (c) provide quality programming.Accomplishments:- Involved in development projects of 3 New Sport Centres- Singlehandedly invited 7 movie casts to sports camp at no cost, helping organization to be prudent & promote SG57/NS55’s initiative - Conceptualised a total of 5 Sports Camp for families & communities- Successfully executed a sports carnival for MOE school with a total of 1300 participants, independently invited sports legend as GOH for the event- Appointed for the Protocol Team to host VIPs during OCBC Cycle

The key responsibilities are to – (a) manage sport centre operations, (b) tenant management, develop and deliver engagement outreach efforts for the community, and (c) establish partnership with internal and external stakeholders.Accomplishments:- Spearheaded the activation of Emergency Centre by working with Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) to convert Sport Hall to temporary shelter facility for Malaysians during Malaysian’s Movement Control Order (MCO) within 2 hours- Conceptualised & rejuvenated gym size of 432sqm on flooring & gym equipment- Hosted a contingent of 13 Supercars of Singapore to Charity Car Wash for 2 years- Empowered 37 employees to continue their engagement efforts via digital platforms during COVID-19 Circuit Breaker- Planned & coordinated Night Cycling Event (Bicentennial Edition of 25km) from West to Sports Hub for Jurong Central residents

The key responsibilities are to – (a) ensure seamless train activities, (b) introduce necessary adjustments to cope with heightened demands in the event of service delays, degradation or disruptions, (c) execute remedies and mobilize relevant departments from the Operation Control Centre (OCC), and (d) account for punctuality of trains as part of service reliability.Accomplishments:- Oversaw coordination between external and internal departments (SCDF, SPF, LTA, Transcom, other operating train and bus OCCs, all stations and train personnel) during train disruptions in the most expeditious manner- Curated locality maps for 16 DTL stations, approved by several governing bodies and currently used in every station- Saved the lives of 5 members of public by critically analysing emergency alerts and managing emergency events (cases of harassment, injuries etc.)

The key responsibilities are to – (a) mitigate potential gaps between SportSG, Competition Managers and National Paralympic Committees from all participating countries, and (b) ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.Accomplishments:- Led the staging of 15 sports, 336 events across 14 locations- Catered for various unexpected disability needs during competition period

The key responsibilities are to – (a) conceptualise overall logistics procurement and manpower workflow, and (b) liaise with internal and external stakeholders (i.e., SPF, LTA, PUB) for pre major games’ planning.Accomplishments:- Coordinated for 36 sports, 402 events across 32 locations- Led 10 managers to ensure competition venues in utmost organized process- Managed vehicular transport movement of VIP officials across 20 hotels to respective competition and training venues
