Having been in retail banking for more than 10 years across roles in business planning, digital banking, product management and sales, it has helped me to see the bigger picture to approach problems and come up with solutions that benefit the business as a whole. As someone who is highly self-motivated and self-directed, I believe that everything can be improved and taken up another level and it brings me pride whenever I succeed in doing that. When I’m not working, I’m likely running around chasing my 2 kids or reading anything interesting I can find on human behaviour and self-improvement or building up my virtual city in SimCity or hitting the gym.
