CurrentOwn the strategy and manage the day-to-day execution of multiple full-funnel marketing campaigns, with direct responsibility for hitting pipeline targets and performance KPIs. This includes inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing strategy.Analyze all aspects of our conversion funnel and identify the largest areas for optimization and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.Design and execute the programs that nurture leads down the journey from prospect to customer, through various marketing channels. This includes but is not limited to advertising, emails, webinars, sales enablement, direct mail, trade shows, social media, SEM/SEO, and more.Partner with our Digital Marketing, Content, Communications, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing SMEs to deliver the right messaging to our various buyer personas Work closely with Revenue Ops to provide reporting and maintenance of sales and marketing data integrity.Work closely with Sales to optimize lead handoff and conversionReport on campaign performance, progress, and key learnings to pinpoint the precise tactics that work — and eliminate those that don’t.
