Hello! My name is Amanda DeMarco a Total Access Trainer at Airgas with M.Ed. in Adult & Organizational Development. For my undergraduate degree, I studied Adult & Organizational Development and General Business and I was fortunate to be accepted into a +1 accelerated Master's program to help me get my OD degree the year after I graduated with my Bachelor's!I enjoy studying change management, team development, and most importantly communication!
