In charge of all activities concerning financial services in MEA, China and India, Asia Pacific. I am responsible of:- Management with international banking partners, cooperations, KPI reporting, business development;- Project management, market development and M&A activities related to financial services in the regions;- Supervision activity on credit, risk and operation concerning controlled companies or JVs in China and Turkey.Main activities consist in:• Member of HQ Credit Committee for Operation, Credit & Risk concerning Stellantis Financial Services Chinese and Turkey Captives and JV;• Negotiations, definition and reviews of contracts with high standing banking partner for financial services cooperation;• Project management and negotiation of M&A activities in Financial Services;• Management of cooperations and participation at steering committee representing HQ for all financial services activities;• Monitoring of financial services cooperations and activities through KPIs and coordination of credit policies, procedures and standards;• Business development and scouting activities focused on supporting the OEM, importers and dealer network on stock financing, wholesale financing, factoring and retail financing;

Establishing the controlling office at Telsy S.p.A., defining a new controlling system and reporting standard, information flow analysis and implementation of company first ERP (Oracle Netsuite), redrawing of controlling best practices, structuring of warehouse management, job-order based budgeting, variance analysis and KPI.

During this experience I completed the following projects:• Restructuring of the controlling office of a S.p.A. company following extraordinary operation that reshaped the group structure. I Re-established control and management practices on a job order-based business. One year project. Italy.• Take over and turnaround of a pellet producing small industrial company from inactivity to full production, acting on the following areas: operation, sales, logistics, legal, finance, controlling. Full reporting to shareholders and controlling activity on KPI, costs, sales and income, budget and variances. Two years and half project. Ukraine.• Completed the start up of a cafeteria chain, the venture started from business plan and market analysis up to the whole start up management with the opening of sale points. Two years project. Denmark. • Analysis of a tender project for an oil refinery in Ghana, job commissioned by a consortium of Italian constructors. Nine months project. Ghana. • Financial evaluation and assessment of a street building contractor with the purpose of a takeover by a competitor. Two months project. Italy. • Transfer and sales of technology, know-how and machinery of a plant for production of a patented technology. One year project. Peking/Shanghai, China.

Head of Finance and Controlling Department and Human Resources, the main activity consisted in reporting toward the Italian head company, leading a 3 people team and coordinating with legal, accounting and IT external consultants.
