Talent Acquisition Associate
Current- Responsible for building the pipeline of top talent in MS and TN, identifying high-impact and diverse prospects, discovering new opportunities to reach and identify top talent, building relationships with key.
- Set ambitious goals, define clear metrics, outline a comprehensive strategy, and design systems to track RePublic’s efforts to source top talent
- Craft & send compelling outreach to key networks that compels top candidates to engage with RePublic’s Talent Team to learn more about opportunities within the organizationIdentify and cultivate relationships with key.
- Delegate attendance of Talent Team to career fairs or other external events to build awareness of RePublic & drive prospects to apply
- Plan, delegate, & ensure strong execution of any events related to talent sourcing and recruitment including happy hours, informational sessions, school visits and tours, Interview Super Days, etc.
- Ensure RePublic’s job descriptions are posted widely in high-impact and high-visibility places, ranging from free/paid job boards, college/university job boards, social media outlets, news/media outlets, and physical.
