DeMarco Majors is a ex pro-basketball player, actor, model and TV host. During the course of his remarkable athletic career, Majors played for teams in Australia, Brazil, Argentina and the American Basketball Association. The only pro-basketball player to ever come out before retirement, Majors broke ground in dealing openly with prejudice and homophobia in the world of professional sports. Because of his personal experience, he is now a spokesman for gay athletes, and in 2008 he was named one of Out Magazine's top 100 most influential gay men and women.Lately, Majors has been enjoying a successful career in acting and modeling, starring in the Logo series "Shirts & Skins", walking the runway in New York's Fashion Week, and guest-starring on Law & Order. He has also appeared in Beyonce’s ‘Freakum Dress’ video and made his off-Broadway debut at the Actors Playhouse in a JL King production, titled RAW. More recently, Majors has also been directing music videos and fitness shows. His latest venture will see him as the host of his own talk show L.Y.T.E (Living Your Truth Everyday). DeMarco most recently played Demetrious in film Party and Play a comedy Thriller, and his Directing, and host debut. Majors has appeared in on feature film “Roux’s Blues” as “Titus” and New lgbt series on watchvim.com title “Thirty” as the character “Craig”.
