Maintain enterprise business application servers and perform hardware and software maintenance operations. Responsibilities include installation, configuration and support server hardware, software, and data backup and disaster recovery. Provide application and operating system expertise and work closely with users and enterprise systems analysts to ensure closely coordinated requirements. Also serve as team resource for other technical activities. Ensure continous and quality services through proactive methodologies and closely coordinated communications. Any and all changes or modifications to the application systems are fully documented and thoroughly tested and approved by IT leadership before going into production.

Teach Computer Information courses via traditional and online using Moodle; Assess and evaluate student learning outcomes continuously; Complete and submit required reports as requested.

Duties: Build and maintain custom databases for selective departments; Extract data from databases and for custom reports and further analysis; Research, purchase and install/configure various software packages on staff/Lab computers; First line PC support and maintenance, create PC images for deployment across campus and satellite sites; Work closely with other IT staff members on various projects; Project manager on multiple IT projects
