I am an ambitious student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications. I am eager to use these skills to support organizations as they undergo transformational change efforts. As a non-traditional student, I attend school and work full-time as a customer service representative. I believe this has afforded me real-life work experience with many different types of people and technologies. Through my job I have learned to be a good listener, a quick problem solver, open to new technology, and supportive of new change initiatives. I am seeking a new role to support a Senior Change Manager in delivering the tactical deliverables necessary to successfully fulfill the organization’s change strategy. I have studied the major change methodologies (e.g. Lewins, Kotter, Prosci, etc) and I feel confident that I can be of value in assisting a change manager to complete stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communications, and training plans. I am coachable and a hard worker. I look forward to working with a mentor who can help me to mature in this area.
