As an intern, I was exposed to the eMASS platform and RMF, which later became the core of my professional responsibilities. Served as Computer System Automation Assistant; responsible for managing five (5) IT specialist with daily computer system maintenance and sustainment tasks. Directly maintained accountability of 475 pieces of IT, Radio, Satellite and vehicle equipment valued in excess of $5,000,000.00. Used Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP Tool) to ensure proper STIG controls were implemented to harden all equipment required to be connected to the command network.

South Korea Area

Served as the Information Systems & Logistics Supervisor for the Camp Humphreys commander center. Managed 6 unit supply specialists servicing a total of 214 personnel logistically, with Computer Automation equipment and supplies. Directly maintained accountability of 2790 accountable pieces of equipment, valued at $30,988,194.55, and managed 18 Sub Hand Receipt Holders.

El Paso, Texas Area

Served as Logistics Manager for the Unit Commander; responsible for providing service to 130 personnel within the unit. Maintained accountability of equipment valued at $8 Million dollars without loss. Provided report of surveys, audits, and Property Book management training monthly to unit Supply managers. Responsible for ensuring System hardware, software, data, and facility resources are archived, sanitized, or disposed of in a manner consistent with system security plans and requirements.

Heidelberg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany Area

Served as Property Book Manager for 2 Battalions consisting of 1500 Soldiers. Responsible for auditing 16 Company Commanders property books valued over $562 Million dollars quarterly. Worked with unit to prepare equipment loss statements and report of survey for missing or found on installation equipment. Conducted unit personnel sub-hand receipt inspection monthly.

Heidelberg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany Area

Managed 12 Unit Supply Clerks, coordinated events, the movement of personnel and equipment, provided resources, and assisted with finalizing contracts. Maintained equipment valued at $200,000.00, supervised a warehouse, set and enforced proactive inspection and maintenance schedules to keep equipment in good operational condition — advised senior personnel with all logistical operations within the battalion.

El Paso, Texas Area

Serviced 200 personnel logistically, Maintained accountability of 3200 accountable pieces of equipment, valued at $100,000,000.00, and managed 24 Sub Hand Receipt Holders with over 500 line items of property. Performed Clerical and Administrative functions and supervised six supply clerks.

South Korea Area

Managed the property of two battalions, 8 hand receipts, 8 Commanders and their equipment, consisting of 337 lines valued at 562,547,000.00. Analyzed inventory to determine serviceable, unserviceable, and salvageable materials requesting over 325 directives for dispositions for turn in' s and Lateral Transfers. Identified $600,000.00 of excess materials and supplies that were recovered in recycled back into the Army Supply System.
