EcoNomad is an agritech / cleantech startup aiming to improve sustainability of livestock farming. Programmes that I have delivered cover range of strategic business challenges from change design to delivery, i.e.- Shape up of business model and value proposition, - Design of the operating model, - Setup and management of a transformation program,- Planning and support of integration, delivery of post-merger synergies, - Cost optimisation and build up of a business case,- Rapid improvement of performance under conditions deterioration.

Worked with the regional head office and country branches' C-level executives to optimise operations and improve efficiency of their respective business lines. Delivered multiple change initiatives with focus on customer servicing, back office and IT operations across several countries in European Region.

Played key role in design and delivery of a critical productivity management solution. This technology driven change was an essential part of a strategic transformation programme in the European Region, covering 700+ facilities across 30 countries. Acknowledged benefits resulted in management decision to further implement the solution in other regions around the Globe.

Markuss is a regional group of companies dealing with the wholesale of supplies, tools and machinery for woodworkers and furniture producers.I advised industrial clients on ways to optimise their production efficiency, established and developed relationships around 20 new industrial clients. Managed sales and supply chain in Ukraine and co-founded group's subsidiary in the same country at later stage.

AIESEC is the world's largest non-profit youth-run organisation.At this role I led and strengthened 11 local committees on international exchange program execution.
